Kourtney Kardashian has introduced her son with her long-time partner Scott Disick named Reign Aston. She also took to Instagram to share the first photo of the new-born baby boy.

"Madly in love with my little Reign Aston Disick," she captioned the photo.  

Kardashian gave birth to her third child with Disick on Dec. 14, which was also the fifth birthday of their first child, Mason. Kardashian and Disick also have a two-year-old daughter named Penelope.

Kardashian's pregnancy with Reign Aston was documented on the E! reality show "Kourtney And Khloe Take The Hamptons," which is the fifth series in the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" franchise. It will air nine episodes in 2014 and three more in 2015.

"Kourtney And Khloe Take The Hamptons" premiered on Nov. 2. Among its executive producers are Kris Jenner and "American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest.

The show is currently enjoying high ratings. The episode that featured Disick checking out of rehab early attracted more than two million viewers, according to Reality Tea.

In October, Kardashian revealed her pregnancy cravings to E! News. She said she had bagels with cream cheese and jelly for dinner every night and she would always have plain bagels in her bag. 

While she was pregnant, Kardashian posed nude for DuJour magazine. She told the magazine she really feels very comfortable and almost at her best when she is pregnant, which she described as "an amazing feeling."

According to Kardashian, there is something about the transformation that her body goes through and knowing that that is what her body is made to do is "so empowering and beautiful" and she just really embraces it.

In November, Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian had thrown their pregnant sister a baby shower with a theme "Breakfast At Tiffany's," the 1961 romance comedy film that starred George Peppard and Audrey Hepburn.
