Actress and country singer Lucy Hale has announced her first headlining tour "The Road Between," according to Just Jared.
Hale, popularly known as Aria in the suspense series "Pretty Little Liars," shared that she will tour her debut album "Road Between" starting Jan. 2015. Singer Josh Dorr will be her opening act.
Hale will be realizing a childhood dream, according to Rolling Stone.
The actress shared her excitement about taking her album on the road in a statement, saying: "We've done a radio tour and radio shows, but now we get to do actual shows and do the entire album for people who have been supporting me."
While she gushed with excitement for going on stage to play live for her fans, Hale said she is also anxious about the experience.
"It's the most vulnerable you get," she explained. "It gives people more leeway to judge you and judge what you're doing. When you work on an album, you put your blood, sweat and tears into it and you want people to appreciate it."
The singer, who released "Road Between" in June 2014, will play a modest number of shows due to her schedule in filming "PLL."
"We're keeping it short and sweet," she said. "We're going to where my music was played on radio tour, people came to the shows."
She will play songs from her album but there will also be some surprise numbers, according to Music Times.
"I have a few little ideas for covers that are brewing in my mind," Hale said. "We're coming up with ideas to make it special."
