She also wrote about the good news on her blog, The Real Girl's Kitchen, and revealed the baby's gender.

"Matty and I are expecting a baby girl! Entering this new chapter of our lives and our relationship has been so special," Duff wrote. "We are so happy and so in love with her already!!!"

Duff's sister, actress Hilary Duff, also shared her excitement about the news. She took to Twitter to say: "GUYS I'm going 2 be an auntie @haylieduff & @matt_sts are going to be the best parents to a sweet baby & luc will have a partner in crime."
Duff and Rosenberg got engaged in April 2014. The Subway Tile Shirts owner popped the question on April Fool's day. Speaking to E! News two months after their engagement, Duff said they are planning to have a casual wedding.
"We're just really enjoying this phase of our relationship," Duff told Access Hollywood. "I feel like, so many people, you get engaged and then it's like, 'OK, we have to get married within a year' or whatever it is... We're kind of just, like, enjoying being engaged. It's fun to be a fiancee."
