With Dancing With the Stars coming to a close tonight, several media outlets have voiced their bets on who will win season 19 of the hit dance competition. One persistent contender is "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" actor Alfonso Ribeiro.

Ribeiro shot to fame for his role as Carlton Banks in the '90s NBC sitcom "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air," and his character's signature dance move to Tom Jones' "It's Not Unusual" later on became known as "The Carlton Dance," IMDb reports.

After the 43-year old actor showed off his trademark Carlton dance during Week 4 of "Dancing With the Stars," judges expressed their amazement, declaring that the performance was "hands down the most memorable moment of the season," Hollywood Life reports.

Ribeiro and dance partner Witney Carson got a perfect score of 40 with the performance, while Julianne Hough, one of the judges of the show, expressed her excitement over finally seeing the infamous Carlton dance.

"I'm so glad you made us wait, it's almost like dating! I think not only did you separate yourself from Carlton, but what you're doing this week, people are going to remember Alfonso."

Unlike other contestants who focused on gimmicks, Ribeiro gave out a genuine flawless performance that showed off his dancing ability on Monday, according to Buddy TV.

Ribeiro goes to the finale as a definite favorite and has consistently delivered throughout the entire season,  always with a big smile on his face. The actor  consistently captivates the audience with his performances, despite suffering from back and groin injuries.

"If y'all show Alfonso Ribeiro and Witney Carson enough love, They might be able to take home that mirrorball," said "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" co-star Will Smith in a statement in Hollywood Life.

Dancing With the Stars season 19 finale airs tonight at 8:00 p.m. on ABC.
