Actress Autumn Reeser has filed for divorce from husband of five years, actor-producer Jesse Warren, according to TMZ.
The "Hawaii Five-O" star is reportedly citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for her decision. She also filed for joint physical and legal custody of their two children.
A representative for Reeser confirmed the news to People magazine, saying "I can confirm that Autumn and Jesse have filed for divorce." The rep mentioned the decision to split was mutual and the pair continue to be friends.
"It is completely amicable, and they remain committed to raising their two sons together," the rep said.
Reeser and Warren first met in 2000 when they were still both studying at University of California-Los Angeles (UCLA), according to InStyle. But Warren reportedly only asked for Reeser's number a couple of years later.
Warren proposed to Reeser in 2007 in LA by organizing a scavenger hunt for her. The "OC" star had to revisit memorable places for them as a couple and the final stop was a dinner at the Inn of the Seventh Ray, where Warren finally popped the question.
The pair married on May 9, 2009 at the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa in Ojai, California. "It was an incredible day, filled wit so much love and Joy," Reeser said at the time about her wedding. "It surpassed all my expectations."
Reeser and Warren welcomed their first son, Finneus James in 2011.Warren took to Twitter to announce the news, saying: "On May 10th, 2011 at 10:53 a.m. ... Little [Finneus James Warren] was born into the world."
The welcomed their second child, Dashiell Ford in 2013. Reeser was the one who announced the birth on November 25 via Twitter, saying "After a swift home birth, Dashiell joined our family at 2:45 this morning. We are SO thrilled!" A photo of the newborn was included in the announcement.
