Liam Hemsworth does not like the smell of garlic, or at least when it's the smell of someone's mouth.
In a recent appearance on "The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon," alongside "Hunger Games: Mockingjay" co-star Jennifer Lawrence, Miley Cyrus' ex-boyfriend candidly shared that he didn't like kissing J. Law, Us Weekly has learned.
It wasn't because the 24-year-old "American Hustle" actress didn't give him a satisfying kiss. Instead, he admitted that the kissing experience was kind of disgusting because of J. Law's rather intense breath at the time.
During the fan Q&A, one Twitter user asked the Aussie actor about the most awkward scene he had to shoot in the upcoming film. To which Liam responded with a shocking statement saying, "Anytime I had to kiss Jennifer was pretty uncomfortable."
Because of this, host Jimmy Fallon was intrigued and quickly asked the 24-year-old actor why he said such a thing about Lawrence.
"When you look at it on the outside, it looks like a great picture," Hemsworth began his explanation, according to Just Jared.
"She's one of my best friends, I love her, but if we had a kissing scene, she would make a point of eating garlic or tuna fish or something that was disgusting," he continued. "Right before the scene she'd be like, 'Yeah, I ate tuna' or 'I had garlic, and I didn't brush my teeth.' And I'd be like, 'Fantastic, I can't wait to get in there and taste it!'"

Aside from spilling the beans on Lawrence's breath, Hemsworth also revealed which film he considers his all-time tearjerker.
"Well you know, every time I watch it, when [Leonardo] DiCaprio dies, I know it's coming, but...yeah man, just seeing that beautiful guy die, it's so heartbreaking," he said of DiCaprio's 1997 classic "Titanic."
Meanwhile, J. Law revealed that she established a strong connection with Liam Hemsworth while filming the "Hunger Games" franchise, reports People.
"Liam is the most wonderful, lovable, just family-oriented sweet, hilarious [guy]," she said. "I guess the biggest surprise is that I would never expect to ever have a man this good-looking ever be my best friend. I never knew that those things could happen."
"Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1" is set to hit theaters on Nov. 21.
