Leelee Sobieski is now a mother of two!
The 31-year-old actress, who rose to prominence in her mid-teens for her performance in the 1998 sci-fi film "Deep Impact" and in the 1999 erotic thriller flick "Eyes Wide Shut," gave birth to her second child with husband Adam Kimmel back in July, her rep told People.
Sobieski never made an announcement about her second pregnancy until she stepped out to attend the Christian Dior Cruise 2015 fashion show at the Brooklyn Navy Yard in New York City on May 7 with a very noticeable baby bump, E! News reported.
The 31-year-old Golden Globe-nominated actress and her menswear designer hubby are already parents to their 4 ½-year-old daughter Louisanna, whom they lovingly call "Lewi."
Shortly after welcoming their first child in December 2009, Sobieski told People that she was completely captivated by being a mother.
"I just can't believe I'm a mom. It's weird!" she said at the time. "You look at your own mom differently. I realized, 'You changed all my diapers? You did that?' You really appreciate your mom."
In May 2010, the "Joy Ride" actress opened up about wanting to start a family at a young age.
"We fell in love. I wish I had a girlfriend that had a baby. That would be so nice," she told New York magazine at the time, as quoted by Us Weekly. "I feel like I'm doing this thing that's really weird, but I look around me and realize that everyone has babies. People in the middle of America have babies at my age."
And in 2012, she shared how busy her life has been since giving birth to Lewi. "Like most moms, I'm always busy," she told Vogue. "Giving Lewi a bath, buying milk, cleaning something, making some decision, reading weird baby blogs, worrying I disciplined in the wrong way."
Sobieski was last seen on the big screen in the 2012 Russian-American sci-fi film "Branded." She can be next seen in the comedy flick "The Last Film Festival," which is currently in post-production.
