It was a disaster when Kanye West first introduced his womenswear line last September.
Nothing from his collection actually landed on the stores, except a pair of heavy beaded shoes.
And it's news because they did.
The heels were co-designed by West and Giuseppe Zanotti, and was later featured in Harper's Bazaar Australia, which was actually edited by someone who consulted on the collection.
"Giuseppe Zanotti for KW @kanyewest available @coletteparis," as Colette's twitter feed tells us.
What's next for the rapper-turned-designer?
During London Fashion Week, Dion Lee's runway saw a pair of heels designed by Kayne West.
In a week from now, West is set to show his second ready-to-wear collection at Paris Fashion Week.
This time around, he'd better straighten up his vision, avoid oversized and unwearable designs, and hit home to the hearts of fashion fans to land on more stores.
