Ariana Grande was not thrilled after she received a 42.5-pound pumpkin along with other strange gifts from a Massachusetts fan.

Tim Normandin, 29, was visited by the police at his home in Lowell, Mass. after the record label of the 21-year-old pop star complained to the authorities that he was sending the "Love Me Harder" singer a number of packages containing bizarre gifts, TMZ reported.

In addition to the gigantic pumpkin, Normandin also sent the following items to the "Sam & Cat" alum:

8 Yankee candles

Dog and cat calendars

3-piece mirror set from Kmart

$200 anklet from Kay Jewelers

Rock from the White Mountains of New Hampshire

Sources told TMZ that the police warned Normandin that he would face criminal harassment charges if he would continue sending packages to Big Sean's rumored girlfriend, but he seems unfazed.

In fact, as pointed out by Bostlnno, Normandin even posted the legal definition of criminal harassment on his Facebook page and explained how his acts do not fit the description:

"The defendant is charged with criminal harassment. Section 43A of chapter 265 of our General Laws provides as follows:

'Whoever, willfully AND MALICIOUSLY engages in a KNOWING pattern of conduct or series of acts over a period of time directed at a specific person, WHICH seriously alarms that person AND WOULD CAUSE A REASONABLE PERSON TO SUFFER SUBSTANTIAL EMOTIONAL DISTRESS shall be punished...'"

"Well, that's the legal definition that they slam me with," Normandin wrote. "The capital portions explain how I don't fit the definition. Of course, trials and the way court is operated aren't truly fair. They reach their decision and they don't listen to your fair reasoning and argument. Nothing real fair about having your intellect silenced in a room full of ignorance."

Meanwhile, the official music video for "Love Me Herder," the third single from Grande's second studio album "My Everything," premiered on VEVO Monday, Nov. 3, Us Weekly reported.
