Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards' wedding is not happening anytime soon.
The 21-year-old One Direction member singer recently revealed that while he and Edwards are still engaged and in love, they have not started planning their wedding yet because of their busy schedules.
Appearing with the rest of his band mates on BBC Breakfast Monday, Nov. 3, the West Yorkshire, England-born recording artist was asked if he would be able to fit his wedding day into his always jam-packed schedule.
"We haven't really thought about the wedding side of things yet, or how we're going to do it," Malik revealed, according to BBC News.
"I haven't really thought about getting married yet," Malik added, as quoted by The Mirror. "We're just kind of engaged. We haven't really had time to organize that."
When asked if his four group members will be his best men, the groom-to-be replied: "I think it will be quite hard to pick just one."
Louis Tomlinson, 22, added, "It's a bit awkward then isn't it? As long as we're invited."
Malik and Edwards met in 2011 on the set of "The X Factor," in which they were both contestants: Malik as part of One Direction and Edwards as one fourth of the all girl group Little Mix.
Just this July, Malik refuted reports claiming that he and Edwards had already tied the knot after he posted an image on social media of himself wearing what appeared to be wedding band.
"Perrie and Zayn are not married. The picture shows his engagement ring," a rep for Malik told Daily Mail at the time.
Meanwhile, during the same appearance on BBC Breakfast, members of the British boy band was also asked if they had felt that they had missed out on anything from their teenage years. Liam Payne, 21, answered, " I think we just got to live it in a different way really. If we have come out of school or college, we would have gone to uni, but this has been like out little kind of uni. If I had to choose between the two, I'd do this every single time."
