Stevie Wonder is reportedly set to welcome his ninth, 10th and 11th children.
Wonder, whose real name is Stevland Hardaway Morris, is said to be expecting triplets with girlfriend Tomeeka Robyn Bracy.
"It's Stevie's mechanism for his happiness," a family source told Page Six. "I don't know that he set out to have 11 children, including triplets at his age, but it's not like he isn't happy about it or he can't afford children."
The 64-year-old "Superstition" singer and his 40-year-old girlfriend from Atlanta already share a child, who was born last year.
Wonder was first married to Motown singer-songwriter Syreeta Wright from 1970 until their amicable divorce in 1972.
In 2001, he married fashion designer Kai Millard, whom he share seven children with, the Associated Press reported.
Wonder and Millard broke up in 2009, and the "I Just Called To Say I Love You" hitmaker filed for divorce from her 2012, People reported.
Wonder also share a daughter named Aisha Morris with Yolanda Simmons, whom he met when she applied for a job as his secretary for his publishing company. Aisha was born in February 1975.
Another source also told Page Six that while the 22-time Grammy-winning recording artist has previously admitted that he has not always have time for his children, the Saginaw, Michigan-born singer now makes sure that he spends quality time with each one of them.
"Aisha [his oldest] enjoys her dad quite a bit, they get together and eat and joke," the tipster said dished. "He's been helping [his son] Mumtaz with some of Mumtaz's music and he always talks about how talented his son is."
Wonder was also present at the graduation of his 26-year-old son Kwame Morris from Morehouse College. He was also recently filmed having fun with young son Kailand, 12, and daughter Mandla, 9.
"He knows that being a father is a full-time job and now that he's a little older, he feels like he's up to the task and he doesn't want to let any of them down," the source added.
Meanwhile, Wonder is set to perform at Los Angeles' Fabulous Forum in December for his 19th Annual House Full of Toys Benefit Concert, which collects and gives out unwrapped presents for families in need during the Christmas season, The Mirror reported.
