Josh Lucas and Jessica Ciencin Henriquez are reportedly both single again.

Lucas and Ciencin Henriquez are now "officially divorced," but are still making time for each other, a source told People.

The tipster added that the now former couple learned that they were officially divorced Saturday while "vacationing in Turks and Caicos" with their 2-year-old son, Noah Rev.

"They look very happy, very loving and affectionate," said an observer who saw the exes vacationing in the tropical islands in the Lucayan Archipelago. "They seem to be having a totally relaxing time with their son."

The 43-year-old "The Mysteries of Laura" star met freelance writer Ciencin Henriquez at a dog park in 2011 and became engaged later that year. The two then tied the knot in March 2012, Us Weekly reported.

But after less than two years of marriage Ciencin Henriquez filed for divorce in New York in January this year, E! News reported.

"The marriage is over, but they will still be there for each other," a source told People shortly after their breakup went public. "They are very supportive of each other, especially as parents."

In fact, the now former husband and wife reportedly went out for a "celebratory dinner" right after they signed their divorce papers in June.

Lucas told People in the same month that he and Ciencin Henriquez persistently worked "to find that friendship" in their changing relationship after their split.

"We're basically now at a point where we're co-parenting in a way that's thoroughly and amazingly enjoyable," he revealed at the time.

Shortly after their split, Lucas and Ciencin Henriquez, together with their son, flew to Colombia to visit the Henriquez's family. They were also seen at a dog park in New York City in April, and on Mother's Day, Lucas and Ciencin Henriquez went out for a dinner and to see a movie together.

"They're amazing co-parents right now, but there's still a lot of love between them," a tipster told at the time.
