Beverley Mitchell is expecting her first son!
The pregnant 33-year-old actress, best known for her role as Lucy Camden-Kinkirk on family drama series "7th Heaven," announced via her WhoSay account Wednesday, Oct. 22, that she and her accountant husband Michael Cameron are having a baby boy.
"So excited that Kenzie is going to have a little BROTHER! Yep, it's a boy!" the Arcadia, California-born actress wrote on the social celebrity magazine alongside a picture of herself with Cameron and their 18-month-old daughter Kenzie. "We are thrilled and looking forward to a lifetime of adventures!"
Mitchell revealed last month that she is pregnant with her second child. "#tbt to the place where Michael asked me to marry him, and this past year where we stood as a family of three!" she wrote on WhoSay at the time alongside a photo of the proud parents standing in the snow with Kenzie. "Can't believe in 2015 we will be a family of 4!!!"
Mitchell and Cameron got engaged on New Year's Eve 2005 during a trip to Colorado. They had originally planned to tie the knot in 2007, but decided to push the wedding date to give Mitchell time to work on and promote her debut self-titled album, which was released in January that year. The couple finally exchanged "I do's" in October 2008 in Ravello, Italy on the Amalfi Coast, People reported.
The couple was feted by Mitchell's "7th Heaven" co-star Jessica Biel with her then-boyfriend Justin Timberlake. Biel and Mackenzie Rosman both served as Mitchell's bridesmaids.
Mitchell also attended Biel's wedding to Timberlake in October 2012, when she was still pregnant with Kenzie, who was born in March 2013, E! News noted.
Back in March 2013, Mitchell revealed that Kenzie is a big fan of the former 'N Sync member. "She love to dance. She's got some boogie moves," Mitchell told Us Weekly at the time. "I think his new record has great rhythms and beats -- and it's eclectic -- so she loves it. We just turn on Justin and watch her do a little boogie."
