Model Heidi Klum and singer-songwriter Seal's are officially divorced after more than two years apart.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mark Juhas finalized the pair's divorce judgment Tuesday, Oct. 14, the Associated Press reported.
The divorce judgment does not give any specifics about how the two will divide custody or their assets.
The former couple tied the knot in May 2005 on a beach in Mexico, according to People.
They have three children together: Henry, 9, Johan, 7, and Lou, 5. Klum has a 10-year-old daughter named Leni from a previous relationship, but the 51-year-old four-time Grammy-winning recording artist adopted her in 2009, according to Daily Mail.
During their marriage, the 41-year-old "Project Runaway" and the "Kiss From a Rose" hitmaker renewed their vows to one another each year on their anniversary in front of family and friends. But in January 2012, the two announced that they were separating after almost seven years of marriage. Klum filed for divorce from Seal, three months after announcing their split.
"This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition. We thank our family, friends, and fans for their kind words of support. And for our children's sake, we appreciate you respecting our privacy," the now former couple explained in their joint statement when they separated, according to Us Weekly.
True to their word, the exes have remained seemingly amicable throughout their split, attending events for their children together. In fact, the supermodel had nothing but good things to say about the musician during an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," Wednesday, Oct. 15.
DeGeneres brought up some snaps of Klum attending her children's soccer games, and also showed a number of photographs with Seal, as well. "He does travel a lot, but when he's in town he tries to come by all the time," the "America's Got Talent" judge told DeGeneres of his ex.
When asked by DeGeneres about her new beau Vito Schnabel, Klum just smiled happily but avoided giving details about their relationship.
"Now is that your boyfriend... is that Vito - is that his name?" DeGeneres asked pointing to a candid picture of the pair, according to E! News.
"That is him," said Klum.
"That's fantastic. So you're madly in love? And he is an art dealer right?" asked the 56-year-old host.
"He is," responded Klum, giggling.
Before seeing Schnabel, Klum dated their family's security personnel Martin Kristen.
