Mariah Carey is reportedly looking for someone to go out or hook up with!

The 44-year-old singer, who reportedly split from husband Nick Cannon last August, is said to have asked rapper Nas to help her find a new man she could go out with.

Carey, who just kicked off the Asian leg of her "The Elusive Chanteuse Show" world tour early this month, "texted Nas, wondering if he had any friends she could go out with - or even just hook up with," a source told Us Weekly. "But Nas is nervous to introduce her to anyone."

The "Hero" hitmaker and the 41-year-old hip-hop recording artist are long time friends. In fact, the two collaborated on the song "Dedicated," the third track on Carey's fourteenth studio "Me. I Am Mariah... The Elusive Chanteuse"

Back in 2013, the two were rumored getting a little too close with one another, but Cannon slammed speculations that Carey was cheating on him with Nas.

 "[Nas is] a friend of mine, he's a friend of hers," Cannon said In an interview with Howard Stern on his Sirius XM radio show in April this year, according to E! News. "She went to his birthday party and I think I was in L.A...We actually talked about this before. It'd be very difficult to make me jealous. I'm probably one of those dudes that's really secure in my relationship."

Though Carey and Cannon have remained tight-lipped about the current status of their marriage, Carey may have just fired her first shot at Cannon during her sold-out concert at Makuhari Mess in Chiba, Japan Saturday night, Oct. 4.

She changed the lyrics to Billie Holiday's 1944 track "Don't Explain," causing fans to wonder if Cannon was unfaithful to her amid endless reports that the couple is headed for a divorce.

In an audio clip obtained by TMZ, Carey can be heard singing "I know you cheated, motherf--ker," instead of "And I know you cheat / Right or wrong, don't matter."
