"The Biggest Loser" resident coach Jillian Michaels is finally breaking her silence following a huge anorexia controversy that rocked the weight loss reality competition earlier this year.

Back in February, Michaels was allegedly involved in an anorexia scandal after she questioned the weight loss of "The Biggest Loser" winner Rachel Frederickson.

Frederickson, who initially weighed 260 pounds at the start of the competition, dropped down to 105 pounds.

Upon revealing her new figure during the live show, Michaels was shocked to see just how much weight she has lost.

The strong and strict trainer couldn't help but say that she would have preferred if Frederickson dropped to only about 135 pounds.

Following the controversy, Michaels left the reality competition for the third time and multiple sources previously speculated that she did so to focus on her family, specifically her children, according to Examiner.

Now, the trainer has revealed that she did not quit the show, rather, she was fired by producers who didn't want to compromise with her.

"I asked for changes and they said no, so in my opinion I believe it was their choice. I was willing to stay if certain changes were made, and they said no," she explained.

"I did not quit. They basically said, 'No, we're not interested in changing x, y and z, so we will part ways," she added.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, Michaels clarified that at the end of the day, the decision was left on the hands of the show's producers.

"In all fairness, it was their show, so I said if we can't do this, this and this, I'd like to be released, and they said you're released."

As of late, Michaels has not yet divulged any details on the changes she requested for the show to consider, the Huffington Post noted.
