Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is now a proud mama of two!

The 26-year-old "Jersey Shore" star gave birth to her second child, a baby girl, with fiancé Jionni LaValle Friday, Sept. 26.

On the same day, the reality TV personality shared the happy news with her 6.97 million followers on Twitter. "So happy to let you know we had our beautiful daughter this morning Giovanna Marie LaValle. 6.7 lbs, full head of black hair & perfect," she tweeted.

The star's rep said in a statement that Snooki and LaValle welcomed Giovanna at 4:28 a.m. Friday, adding that both the reality star and her newborn are "doing amazing."

Sources told TMZ that Snooki's pregnancy labor and delivery was filmed for her MTV reality show "Snooki & JWoww," which also stars her best friend Jennifer "JWoww" Farley.

Tipsters close to Snooki also told the celebrity gossip site that the reality star gave birth to Giovanna earlier than expected, but her delivery was "incredibly easy."

Giovanna joins her 2-year-old brother Lorenzo, who was born in August 2012, just five months after LaValle, 26, proposed to Snooki.

The birth of Snooki's daughter comes after JWoww and her fiancé Roger Mathews welcomed their first child, also a baby girl, Meilani, in July.

The "Snooki & JWoww" stars compared baby bumps this past spring, helping one another through their respective pregnancy. "I am absolutely head over heels in love with this little peanut and so proud of Jenni for being such an amazing mommy so far!" Snooki said at the time of Meilani's birth, according to Us Weekly. "Never doubted her, but she is KILLING it as a first time mommy!"

Meanwhile, after learning that her best friend had just given birth to Giovanni, JWoww told E! News: "So happy for my best friend, Nicole and Meilani's future partner in crime."

"Giovanna is gorgeous just like mommy!" the 28-year-old television personality added.
