"Wrecking Ball" singer Miley Cyrus attended Saturday night's New York Fashion Week after-party in style.

The 21-year-old singer was in her typical fashionable and edgy self when she graced the Alexander Wang fashion show after-party almost completely topless with just nipple pasties on to cover her breasts.

Cyrus' nipple pasties also made headlines on their own as they were cutely designed with an ice cream cone, according to News Day.

The singer paired her almost-completely-topless ensemble with high-waist pants, marijuana leaf earrings and cat's eye sunglasses adorned with colorful pills at the after-party held in Brooklyn, the same publication noted.

Upon arriving at the party, Twitter user @StylishCyrus posted a photo of the singer clad in her unique ensemble and wrote, "Miley arriving at Alexander Wang NYFW after party in NY last night:"

Cyrus and Wang posed for a remarkable photo that showed off the singer's signature pose - her infamous tongue out smile.

On Instagram she wrote, "Best night eva with @alexanderwangny."

In another photo, Cyrus was photographed with what appeared like rashes on her chest and she explained via Instagram, "Btw I didn't have some weird rash. I got pink glitter all over me. #RAVE."

Cyrus also posted another photo of herself while inside her car and wrote, "pukey ravey baby."

Meanwhile, a source dished on what it was like seeing Cyrus at the party and told Us Weekly, "Miley was a blast. She got on the dance floor and was dancing with her crew as well as strangers."

In another news, Cyrus is being kept busy by her upcoming art collection called "Dirty Hippie" that will be on display at the New York City fashion week. Her work will be incorporated into Jeremy Scott's runway this coming September 10, Aceshowbiz reported.

Talking about her recent collaboration, Cyrus told V Magazine, "Jeremy brought a lot of peace and self worth to me because even though to some people, it was just me gluing some things together, to me, it made me not a f*cking pop star dumbass."
