Britney Spears is reportedly texting her former photographer boyfriend Adnan Ghalib just a few days after she broke up with David Lucado.
"They never really stopped talking," a source close to the 32-year-old pop star told Radar Online. Britney and Adnan, 42, who works for a celebrity photo agency, dated in 2008 before a judge placed the singer under conservatorship of her father, Jamie Spears.
A Los Angeles judge then slapped Adnan with a restraining order preventing him from having any contact with the singer for three years.
However, despite the restraining order and Jamie's close monitoring of his daughter's mobile phone, it is believed that the two have been talking "on the sly."
"Jamie monitors Britney's cell phone, but she found a way to secretly text Adnan," the source said.
Meanwhile, Jamie has also banned David from contacting the "Toxic" hitmaker after a video footage of him allegedly making out with another woman emerged.
Sources close to Britney told TMZ that David "won't be getting through because he's persona non grata at her show in Las Vegas, at her home in Thousand Oaks, California and his phone number's been blocked."
Tipsters added that David never heard about the break up directly from Britney and that is the reason why he wants to have a conversation with the singer.
Britney publicly addressed her recent breakup from Lucado for the first time Sunday, Aug. 31, during her "Britney: Piece Of Me" residency show at Las Vegas' Planet Hollywood.
"Well, by now everyone knows my boyfriend cheated on me," the mother of two said on stage, according to MTV News. "But the best part of breaking up is going on first dates. OMG, OMG, I need a hot guy. Where are the hot guys here tonight?"
Spears and Lucado started dating in March 2013 - just two months after the singer and Jason Trawick mutually ended their engagement.
