Donald Sterling is facing another accusation again, but this time it is not about him being racist, it's about him being gay.

In recent legal documents filed by V. Stiviano for her legal battle against Shelly Sterling, Donald's alleged mistress claimed that she never once slept with the former Clippers owner because "he's into men and she was his beard."

Stiviano's lawsuit is a response to Mrs. Sterling's accusations that V. accepted pricey cars and properties from Donald in the midst of their affair, even though the latter didn't have the authority to give the said possessions to her.

Under the new documents, Stiviano contends that the goods in question were given to her by Donald so that in turn, she will be his "beard" or front to appear as a straight man. She also insists in her suit that Shelly very well knew about it.

Donald's former assistant also states in her suit obtained by TMZ that she was "not ever a sexual partner of Donald T. Sterling" and "believes that [Sterling] is a homosexual and enjoys sexual acts and or sexual congress with males."

Furthermore, Stiviano also said in the legal documents she filed in the L.A. County Superior Court that Shelly was "acutely aware of [Donald's] sexual orientation and condoned same as well as acknowledged and approved [Donald's] gifts of money [to Stiviano]."

According to Stiviano, the gifts that were given to her were not community property but rather Donald's own separate property.

In addition, she is also suing Donald and Shelly for defamation alleging that the husband and wife slandered her in the media by labeling her a thief and accusing her of embezzling money and property from Mr. Sterling. Stiviano is seeking no less than $10 million for damages she claims to b inflicted with, Page Six has learned.
