Madonna is back on the market after her confirmed split from her much-young (boy toy) boyfriend Timor Steffens, and it appears that their relationship has ended on a sour note.

Just a couple of days before her 56th birthday and while she and Steffens were enjoying their European vacation, the famed "Material Girl" hit maker reportedly asked her lover to pack his bags and leave, Us Weekly has learned.

"Madonna politely asked Timor to take his luggage and leave. He packed up and left the trip and said they were done," an insider said of the couple's breakup, which unfortunately took place while the iconic singer's son, Rocco was celebrating his birthday on Aug. 11.

Madonna (born Madonna Louise Ciccone), Steffens, and the "Vogue" singer's kids were said to be in the middle of their European trip when the split happened.

Following their breakup, Madonna headed to Ibiza and has since appeared to have moved on from her 26-year-old beau.

"It was never serious, and she was never that into it," a source gushed. "She's been working on her album and getting Lola off to school, no time for anything heavy."

On Instagram, the Grammy-winning singer does not show signs of heartbreak as she shares cheery photos and a couple of birthday-themed images with the hashtag "livingforlove."

On the other hand, an E! News source maintained that Madonna didn't call it quits with Steffens during their dreamy getaway.

"Based on past relationships, I don't think she'd dump him mid-trip. If she was going to break up with Timor, I would think she would've done it before the trip like she did with Brahim [Zaibat]," said the source, who recognized that Madonna "is never serious with any of these young guys, they are just flings that are really great until they aren't."

It can be noted that before she started dating the much-younger backup dancer, Madonna shared a three-year relationship with Brahim Zaibat.

The split between the singer-songwriter and the backup dancer comes after Steffens' revealed that he prefers "dating older women."

"My girlfriends have always been older than me and that's how I like it. I learn a lot," Steffens told Mirror recently.

"There is an age gap between me and Madonna but I don't notice it," he noted at the time.

Madonna and Timor are yet to comment on the rumored split as of late.
