Blue Ivy's mother Beyoncé Knowles, 32, may be very serious in divorcing her rapper husband Jay Z, such that she has now sought some advice from someone who has first-hand experience when it comes to ending a long-term marriage.

According to insiders, the "Crazy In Love" songstress "has sought Gwyneth Paltrow's advice as she plans her split," Us Weekly has learned.

It can be noted that Paltrow and her husband of 10 years, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin "consciously uncoupled" in March but have remained amicable since.

On the other hand, Queen Bey is said to be divorcing Jay Z (born Shawn Corey Carter) this fall, after completing their "On The Run" tour, which explains why she's asked Paltrow for some divorce counseling.

Earlier this month, the "Run the World" hit maker was spotted with the "Iron Man" actress in the latter's Brentwood, Los Angeles home.

Sources claimed that Queen Bey, who called Paltrow an "incredible" and "great friend on every level" last year, has asked the Oscar winner for advice on how to gracefully end her marriage with her 44-year-old producer husband, according to OK! magazine.

And it appears that the former Destiny's Child leader will be following the footsteps of her longtime friend by remaining amicable with Jay Z post-split.

"The day after the announcement, Bey and Jay will be spotted together," gushed an insider. "The two will be all lovey-dovey" just like how Paltrow and Martin were when they were spotted on a tropical vacation after their confirmed split, Daily Mail noted.

Meanwhile, apart from providing Beyoncé some marital advice, Paltrow is also currently rumored to be dating "Glee" producer Brad Falchuk.

The 41-year-old television and film actress was spotted getting cozy with the 43-year-old "Glee" producer and "American Horror Story" co-creator in Utah this July, People first reported.

"Gwyneth looked pretty with very little makeup. She seemed very comfortable with Brad. They definitely looked like they were on a date," an eyewitness said at the time.

Like Paltrow, Falchuk just recently ended his longtime marriage with his wife, Suzanne - the mother of his two kids. The ex-couple filed for divorce in March 2013, but no one has confirmed yet whether it has already been finalized.
