According to Us Weekly, the "Sweeter Than Fiction" singer, 24, who was both an award winner and a presenter at the show snagged a surfboard for Choice Female Country Artist and introduced the category of Choice Actor in a Drama Movie.
During her presentation she used the airtime to diss the previous men in her life that didn't treat her ideally. Taylor Swift walked up to the microphone on stage and said, "Oh hey guys."
She continued, "You know we've had some amazing memories here together at the Teen Choice Awards. And so, I was excited when they asked me to come and present this award, because no one knows more about dramatic males than I do."
In the past the blonde beauty has dated Jake Gyllenhaal, John Mayer, Taylor Lautner, Joe Jonas and Conor Kennedy.

In the end, 20-year-old Elgort took home the award for playing Augustus Waters in the tragic cancer love story.
