She is moving on up! Pregnant Mila Kunis is ready to part with her 5,000 square feet LA home for a price of $3.99m. The property boasts five bedrooms and bathrooms, a fireplace, and porch, complete with a pool and hot tub. Recent renovations include high ceilings, open floor plan and panoramic views. It sure sounds nice!

The "Ted" star should not have a problem finding someone to take it off her hands, as she enlisted the help of "Million Dollar Listing" stars Josh and Matt Altman.

Kunis and fiancé Ashton Kutcher allegedly bought a home in Beverly Hills for their new family. As the due date grows near, the former "That '70s Show" co-stars are anxious to meet their new little one!

"Ashton and Mila are getting so excited," an insider revealed to PEOPLE.

"Ashton is a kid at heart. He can't wait to do tons of stuff with the baby. [Mila] is feeling good and things are going smoothly. She does feel pretty big lately and can't do much because it's harder for her to move around." 

The "Two and a Half Men" star is also taking care of errands so his leading lady can stay home and relax.

"He seems to take great care of her!" the source continued.

How romantic!

Kutcher's co-star Jon Cryer praised his paternal instincts as well. We bet he will make a great father!

"Ashton has been excited every time we had a child actor on set. He loves kids and could not be more stoked to have a child," he raved.

Kunis is said to be feeling big lately, as she cut down her workout regimen to simple walks around the block. In her first two trimesters, the "Friends With Benefits" starlet took pilates and spin classes slowed down in the last weeks of pregnancy.
