Chris Brown, like pal Justin Bieber, is usually a nuisance to neighbors. He recently moved after two separate incidents in LA homes, but his new neighbor in Agoura (in the San Fernando Valley) has hardly welcomed him with open arms.
The "Yeah 3x" singer is currently renting a place while searching for a home in Malibu.
"It can be the devil. I can care less [who lives there]," the unnamed neighbor told TMZ. "I don't care if they're having orgies. It can even be Saddam Hussein for all I care, as long as he doesn't trespass onto my property. If he does, I shoot him."
Brown angered neighbors in Hollywood Hills for painting graffiti monsters outside his home. They felt it was against their code and scary to children. His West Hollywood neighbors also complained about vandalism along with loud parties and using handicap parking spots.
His new place boasts a swimming pool, tennis court, and views of the valley. Sounds like the perfect place for a newly single 25-year old!
The "She Ain't You" singer dated Rihanna and most recently model Karrueche Tran. He recently squashed beef he had with Drake over the "Umbrella" crooner.
Brown recently completed 108 days of a 131 day sentence for violating probation, which stemmed from the 2009 Rihanna assault case. He admitted to the violation after getting into a fight in Washington, D.C. last year. Brown still has 800 hours of community service to complete, and is facing misdemeanor charges in Washington.
He shared the good news in a series of tweets, reading "Humbled and Blessed," "Back to the Music and the Fans," and "Thank you GOD."
E! News adds that Brown's probation was extended to January 2015. He must submit to random drug testing and psychiatric help a few times a week. Finally, the singer must complete outstanding hours of community service. He is due back in court on August 13 for a progress report.
