Rihanna endured a scary encounter with an intruder on Thursday. Stalker Kevin Mcglynn was arrested after delivering creepy letters to her SoHo apartment. He was caught three times on surveillance cameras, and was also accused of stalking and harassing the Barbadian beauty.

The Daily News obtained court documents which note he "repeatedly called her a b***h," and threatened to "bum (rush) in her apartment."

According to authorities, Rihanna was in "fear for her physical safety."

They were able to find him after he dropped his benefits card in her building, which cited his name and address.

He also sent at least four letters to the "We Found Love" crooner's home in California.

"The nature of these letters (is) confusing. They all do indicate a personal relationship, as I indicated before, that simply does not exist," Manhattan Criminal Court DA James Vinocur ruled Friday.

According to The Daily Mail, Mcglynn has been arrested around 12 times, four for trespassing. He argued with Judge Abraham Clott, who would not let him represent himself.

Rihanna, who has been previously linked to Drake and is forever in a love triangle with Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran, is under fire for alleging coming between Jay Z and Beyoncé.

"Solange was like, 'Enough is enough - you must be [screwing] Rihanna,'" a source told Page Six about the now-infamous elevator incident. "Too many people who know them, they know it's not out of the realm of possibility."

The publication also suggests divorce will happen; how and when being the only questions.

"There's face-saving involved - they don't want to be looked at like other celebrities out there," the source added. "They are business people first, entertainers second. Husband and wife comes somewhere down the line."
