Selena Gomez is sending a message to her off-again beau Justin Bieber! Though rumored she got a boob job to impress the "One Time" crooner, the pop star is donning new ink, which translates to "love yourself" and "love yourself first."

Gomez allegedly got the tattoo a few months back, but now it is visible on Instagram. The former Disney star arrived Wednesday in Italy for the Ischia global Festival, donning looser apparel and putting her new ink on display.

Bieber moved on this time with old flames Chantel Jeffries and Yovanna Ventura, while Gomez stepped out with hunky model Tanz Watson.

"There will forever be an emotional connection for them, but they don't have a title to their relationship," an insider revealed to E! News. "He is not her boyfriend, but the feelings are always going to be there."

They then added, "[She] is trying to move on with her life and focus on her."

Gomez made headlines earlier this week when she blasted an Instagram user for bullying. Someone told the Latin songstress to "burn in hell with cancer," which the "Spring Breakers" star did not take lightly.

"Honestly, I don't speak up much because it's simply always taken out of context. But I don't take bullying well. I have seen too much to not say anything," she wrote.

"The comment you left about cancer was absurd. How distasteful of a young woman. I have gone through that battle with fans and family members," she told user official.kerry, whose account has since been deleted.

"You can dislike someone but to wish something that could happen to you or your family is uncalled for sweetheart. You won't be winning 'anyone's' heart that way. Trust me. Educate yourself a tad more. God bless love. Be an amazing woman. You're beautiful."
