Even though she is still mourning the loss of her ex-boyfriend Cory Monteith, Lea Michele proved that she is not afraid to move on despite losing the love of her life.
According to Entertainment Wise, Lea Michele was spotted looking especially cozy with her new beau Matthew Paetz. The couple was spotted holding hands Tuesday as they made their way through LAX.
Sources previously revealed that the two have been "enjoying each other's company," but things are still very new. However, the pair's relationship seems to be growing stronger as the two enjoyed a weekend getaway with some pals.
It was previously reported that the "Glee" season 6 cast member spent the one year anniversary of former boyfriend Cory Monteith's death (July 13, 2013) at the San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito alongside her girlfriends and boyfriend.
A source revealed, "She was in Los Angeles when she got the news that Cory died," adding, "So she was not going to stay in LA over his anniversary."
The insider said that the group had a great time, relaxing and hanging out at the spa. However, Lea Michele did take some time to post a special message for the late actor on her Twitter account.
The 27-year-old posted a photo of Cory Monteith hugging her with the caption, "We hold you in our hearts today, and every day we remember your smile. We will love you and miss you always."
Following the devastating loss, Michele first broke her silence about the tragedy while accepting a Teen Choice Award in August 2013.
Through tears she told the audience, "For all of you out there who loved and admired Cory as much as I did, I promise that with your love, we're going to get through this together.
"He was very special to me and also to the world, and we were very lucky to witness his incredible talent, his handsome smile and his beautiful, beautiful heart. So whether you knew him personally or just as Finn Hudson, Cory reached out and he became a part of all of our hearts, and that's where he'll stay forever."
