It looks like Liam Payne is the latest One Direction member to get injured during a show.

According to Entertainment Wise, in the past Harry Styles was hit in the crotch with a shoe whereas Niall Horan suffered from a sore knee after taking a hit from a fan.

Now it looks like Liam Payne was either hit by a fan or took a stumble while on stage. The singer is said to have fallen, before Horan got the "Where We Are" tour crowd to all shout his name to get his spirits back up.

Even though he was clearly in pain, the 1D band member still managed a few smiles throughout the show even though he was forced to sit down for a majority of it.

However, it is unclear whether the injury was from a trip that was his fault or if fans need to be more cautious as to what they throw on stage.

No matter whose fault it was, fans took to Twitter and got #GetWellLiamWeLoveYou trending worldwide this morning.

One fan tweeted, "Im so, sad about this I hope our @Real_Liam_Payne will be okay. Love yah! xo #GetWellLiamWeLoveYou."

Meanwhile another 1D follower wrote, "Seeing liam hurt breaks my heart :(#GetWellLiamWeLoveYou"

One Liam Payne fan wrote, "never stop smiling, your smile is our everything @Real_Liam_Payne #GetWellLiamWeLoveYou."

Another fan tweeted, "HE IS IN PAIN BUT HE IS STILL SMILING HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE THIS BOY LIAM IS THE KIND OF GUY WHO'LL ALWAYS BE HAPPY & SMILE EVEN IF HE'S IN PAIN JUST TO MAKE UR OKAY. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH #GetWellLiamWeLoveYou"

Another fan was more so taken with the love that One Direction had for one another. The fan posted the message, "I LOVE THE FRIENDSHIP BETWEEN THE BOYS SO MUCH IT MAKES MY HEART MELT #GetWellLiamWeLoveYou."
