It seems like Demi Lovato and boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama are getting very serious as new reports are alleging that the two may be ready to settle down and start a family together.
According to Hollywood Life, it is actually Valderrama who is ready for a kid and is trying his best to convince his girlfriend that now is the time for a baby.
While the "Neon Lights" singer is only 21-years-old, her boyfriend is 34-years-old and ready for his first child with the "Let It Go" artist.
A source revealed that although she does love Valderrama, Lovato has some reservations about getting pregnant.
The insider explained, "Wilmer and Demi have spoken to each other a lot about their friends starting to have kids and Wilmer has the bug."
The source went on to say, "He is trying to convince Demi to start a family but she feels she is too young and she still wants to work on music and she wants to be healthy for a few years before she does any of that."
In the past, Selena Gomez's best friend has struggled with the abuse of drugs as well as body issues and self harming which can prove dangerous when trying to carry a baby to full term.
The source explained, "She has really ravaged her body with drugs and body issues in the past and she wants to have a constant healthy lifestyle before she brings in another life to the world."
The insider went on to confess, "But she is convinced when she is ready it will be with Wilmer. They will be married and have a big family someday without question. Their relationship is very strong. Everything with them just works."
