Rita Ora's career has been on an upward spiral since 2012. After first single "How We Do (Party)," Ora hold guest spots, a No.1 album, and modeling deals under her belt. It is all revealed in Ron Howards' documentary "Made In America."
"My dream was to become a singer - this is one of the most common dreams ever," she says of her childhood self. "You know, every kind of kid has a dream or, like me even now, wants to be an entertainer. It's so hard to actually do it."
"I started doing music when I was six - I never grew out of it," Ora adds. "And now I'm here, in the studio, working on my second album."
"Made In America" focuses on Jay Z's Philadelphia music festival. Ora is signed to the hip-hop mogul's label Roc Nation. Other appearances include Skrillex, Pearl Jam, Odd Future and Run DMC.
The Daily Mail notes that Ora was recently spotted in Germany, where she performed on the finale of "Germany's Next Top Model."
"Thank you Germany for such a fun balloonified show and dancing with me! Till next time!!" she tweeted after.
Ora, who will play Christian Grey's sister Mia in the highly anticipated "50 Shades of Grey" movie adaptation, is currently dating DJ Calvin Harris and was previously linked to Rob Kardashian.
Back in April, Ora addressed the public and nasty split with the E! reality star.
"I think people react to things differently and like to express their feelings in certain ways," Ora explained to Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club. "I don't tend to use social media, so when that whole situation happened, silence for me is the biggest form of flattery, and I love to just keep it moving, unless I need to say something."
"Don't get me wrong, he's a great dude," she added.
