'Glee' Season 5 Cast Member Naya Rivera Instagram User's Career Sabotaged By Big Sean Following Split? Fox's Santana Lopez Ready to 'Take Any and All Legal Action'

Despite much speculation Naya Rivera's reps are denying that her music career has been cut short following news that she was fired from "Glee" season 5. Billboard reported that the "Sorry" singer was dropped from her record label however, her rep is hinting that her client is being sabotaged.

According to Us Weekly, Rivera signed with Columbia Records in 2011 but has yet to release a full-length album. The only song we have heard from the artist is her debut single, "Sorry" which was released last September.

Her rep explained, "The newest story claiming that Naya Rivera was dropped from her recording contract with Columbia Records is absolutely false. If the 'news' outlets who put out this story had bothered to contact anyone from her team, they would have learned this was false."

The rep went on to say, "To be clear, any rumors or statements made as fact, that Naya Rivera was fired or let go from Glee or dropped from her recording contract, are categorically false."

Also adding, "Someone obviously has an agenda to damage Naya's good name and the media are failing at their duty to responsibly vet their sources and verify what is true and what is not.

"Naya's attorneys are prepared to take any and all legal action to enforce and protect her rights." Reps from Columbia Records have yet to make a comment.

The reports of Naya Rivera's downward spiral in her career comes after her split from ex-fiance Big Sean as the rapper made the decision to call off their six month engagement in April.

The "Ashley" artist's rep revealed, "After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off."

The statement continued, "The recent rumors and accusations reported by so-called or fake sources are simply untrue. Sean wishes Naya nothing but the best and it is still his hope that they can continue to work through their issues privately. We will not be commenting again on this matter."
