'Neighbors' Movie TRAILER Debuts Zac Efron Shirtless and Out for Revenge Against Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne as 2014 Release Date Nears

Zac Efron looks hot playing a shirtless frat boy in the new "Neighbors" trailer. The film follows vengeful college students who are out to ruin their neighbors' peace and quiet after they break a very important rule: Don't call the cops.

According to E! News, Efron's character Teddy is out for revenge when his neighbors, Kelly and Mac Radner played by Rose Byrne and Seth Rogen, who have a newborn baby call the cops on the frat after a wild party.

This sets the hormonal young adults off to the point where they begin to throw outrageous bashes to purposefully disturb the family of three next door.

Not to mention that Zac Efron's character and his frat brothers take it upon themselves to start playing pranks on Rogen and Byrne which includes the likes of airbag seat cushions to finding their baby girl gnawing on a condom.

"Neighbors," formerly titled "Townies," is directed by Nicholas Stoller and features the a cast consisting of Christopher Mintz-Plasse who famously played McLovin in the teen flick "Superbad," James Franco's little brother "Dave Franco" and "Friends "actress Lisa Kudrow.

The film is set to hit theaters May 9, 2014.
