Robyn Lawley, the game-changing model that flaunts her curvy figure like nobody's business, is making her mark in the beauty world with Barneys New York!
The plus-size beauty is already everywhere, from the cover of international Vogue issues to posing for Mango and Ralph Lauren. With such a high profile, it makes sense why Barneys would tap the stunner for their new "Face Time" holiday makeup ads. Robyn's positive messages of self-love and belief that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes have won her many fans, including the luxury retailer.
And the swimwear designer couldn't be prouder and happier about landing her first beauty campaign, and celebrating curvaceous women.
"This is my first proper beauty job ever!!" tweeted the in-demand model, who boldly proclaimed that she's more than a size 10 on Facebook. "Often models of my size are overlooked I applaud @barneysnyofficial and the very talented @benhassett using me."
Robyn's beautiful face graces ads for four of Barneys' beauty brands - Givenchy, Kevyn Aucoin, NARS and the newly introduced MAKE. The holiday campaign showcases four dramatically different makeup looks for each beauty company. For Givenchy, the brunette donned a crimson lip, accentuated with her sleek, straight brown locks. Robyn gave attitude to MAKE with dark, dramatic haunting shadow that highlights her deep green eyes. And for NARS, the Australian stunner rocked heavy eyeliner, nude lips, perfectly contoured cheeks, with wide-swept curls.
But the beauty went in a different direction for Kevyn Aucoin. The model went naturally gorgeous, showing off her nearly flawless face and messy bed-head mane. Her range of looks proved that Ms. Lawley has versatility and diverse appeal, seamlessly crossing over from fashion to beauty.
