Heidi Montag Plastic Surgery Regret: 'The Hills' Star Reflects on Breast Implants and Health Problems as Husband Spencer Pratt Complains About Life After MTV Fame on New Special

Heidi Montag who famously decided to undergo an over the top plastic surgery procedure is heading back to the small screen as she and her husband Spencer Pratt will have their own E! network special.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the former "The Hills" stars deemed "Speidi" from MTV's reality soap are being given a one-hour special E! special titled, "After Shock: Heidi & Spencer," which is set to air on December 9th.

According to the E! News, Montag will go into depth about her plastic surgery which involved the addition of large breast implants.

The reality star revealed that following her procedure she had to reduce her F-cup breast implants to "more manageable C cups."

She previously revealed to Us Weekly that she was having numerous health problems due to the large implants which she said weighed "about three pounds each."

She explained, "I couldn't conceptualize the weight of them in my body," adding, "They felt like bowling balls on my chest."

Meanwhile, her husband Spencer Pratt was too busy dwelling on being kicked out of the spotlight.

The reality star revealed to the network, "The second ["The Hills"] ended, in 2010, the jig's up. Now you're irrelevant. Your 15 minutes are up."

He is now working on a political science degree at the University of Southern California.
