"Hunger Games: Catching Fire" star, Liam Hemsworth is finally breaking his silence about his ex-fiance, Miley Cyrus. Jennifer Lawrence's costar recently opened up about the singer. But does this mean the former flames are not over each other yet?
According to US Weekly, Hemsworth, 23, said he is "single," and "extremely happy" for Cyrus, 20.
The actor's comments suggest he has no bad feelings against the controversial singer, despite cheating and fighting rumors about the former twosome. In fact, it looks like Hemsworth is taking the high road when it comes to his now-defunct relationship.
"I am extremely happy for all her [Cyrus'] success," said Hemsworth in a new interview.
And the hunky Aussie actor is enjoying life as a bachelor again.
"I don't have a lady at the moment," added Hemsworth.
The younger brother of "Thor" star, Chris Hemsworth may even start dating another high-profile woman. His "Hunger Games" costar, Woody Harrelson joked that the young actor may even get with Oprah Winfrey.
"Who knows, I don't want to count anything out," joked Hemsworth in response to the Winfrey dating suggestion to Extra. "She's a wonderful woman, very strong woman."
Cyrus and Hemsworth called off their engagement earlier this year after rampant break-up speculation. The couple had been together for more than three years, reported US.
Just a day after the actor confirmed his breakup two months ago, cameras caught him with Mexican actress and singer, Eiza Gonzalez. The two, who were photographed while kissing, haven't been spotted together since that sighting.
