Justin Bieber's spitting allegations will not land him in court. Selena Gomez' ex-boyfriend beat speeding and threat charges because the Los Angeles district attorney recently rejected cases involving the "Heartbreaker" singer.
According to TMZ, charges about Bieber, 19, allegedly spitting on his neighbor and speeding recklessly in his Calabasas, Calif. neighborhood have been thrown out due to insufficient evidence.
With the alleged spitting incident, the judge said the case was one man's word against the other. The baby-faced crooner had denied the crazy allegation about assaulting his neighbor.
The Huffington Post reported that a neighbor in Bieber's gated Calabasas neighborhood said the singer had threatened him and spat at him in March. The alleged victim stepped onto Bieber's property to confront him about his driving.
Onlookers told cops that Bieber said, "I will beat the s**t out of you and I will f***ing kill you."
The district attorney's investigation, however, decided the singer's actions were only "disproportionate and immature" since the neighbor had entered Bieber's property without permission.
In the other case surrounding allegations that Bieber was driving very fast through his own neighborhood earlier this year, the district attorney made their decision based on a video tape. Footage taken from that night shows that the Canadian crooner wasn't behind the wheel of his Ferarri, and was actually riding behind the car on a motorcycle.
Bieber's friend and rapper, Tyler the Creator confessed to operating the vehicle at the time, reported TMZ.
