Creative director Riccardo Tisci created an Asian and African themed collection for Givenchy during Paris Fashion Week.
With his Fall/Winter 13 Bambi sweatshirts behind him, Tisci took a turn toward the luxurious for Spring 14 as long draped gowns inspired by kimonos, leather harnesses and body conscious dresses took to the catwalk on models whose faces were covered with sapphire and ruby jeweled masks painted onto their faces. The collection had a tribal aesthetic while still filled with a refined female power.
