Paula Patton, the star of "Baggage Claim" and Robin Thicke's wife, twerked on NBC's "Today" Show recently. The actress reacted and responded to questions about her husband and Miley Cyrus' infamous 2013 MTV Video Music Awards performance.
According to US Weekly, the 37-year-old actress appeared on the program to promote her new romantic comedy, but ended up doing the sexy dance on Al Roker on Wednesday.
The weather anchor got more than he bargained for when the sexy screen star decided to do the provocative moves. It seems that Patton thought a demonstration was the best way to prove her point that girls love twerking.
"I don't know if you guys have been to a club lately, but that's how girls dance at the club," Patton said, wearing a skin-tight leopard-print dress. "My friends dance with [Robin] like that. It's just what they do."
As the actress twerked on the unsuspecting anchor, she joked if his wife Deborah Roberts would be mad at him for enjoying Patton's flirtatious dancing.
The buzzworthy public dance session on "Today" came just a day after Patton appeared on "Watch What Happens Live." The "2 Guns" actress answered a fan's question about her husband's infamous VMA performance.
"How long did it take to wash Miley's funk off your husband's 'Beetlejuice' pants?" the fan asked.
"First of all, his outfit was fly," Patton responded, talking about the black-and-white striped suit that Thicke wore onstage. "Secondly, he was wearing pants so there was nothing to wash off. It wasn't a naked show!"
