Amanda Bynes' conservatorship case was reviewed by a judge, who ruled that the Twitter Queen, Drake and wig lover will be under her parents' temporary control. The starlet, 27, is still hospitalized on a psychiatric hold unable to provide for herself.
According to TMZ, the judge based the ruling in "no small part" on an investigator's findings that he appointed to evaluate Bynes' mental health. The move happened after Bynes was put on mental lockdown for allegedly setting an unidentified person's home driveway on fire in Thousand Oaks, Calif late last month.

The "What I Like About You" actress is currently labeled "gravely disabled" and declared mentally ill. Doctors have extended her psych hold one more month, reported the celebrity news site.
But Bynes does not agree with the conservatorship and feels it's uncessary, according to her attorney.
The legal arrangment will allow Bynes' mom to manage her finances until Sept. 30. And the judge cautioned her parents not to make any significant deals without consulting the former child star's attorney.
Reportedly, Bynes had $4 million in savings, which has since been rapidly depleted though it's unclear on where the money has gone.
The judge would like to have a one-on-one with the starlet to make a firsthand evauation of her mental state. After accessing that and waiting for the Sept. 30 deadline to pass, the judge will hold a formal hearing to decide if the conservatorship should be made permanent.
