Heidi Klum got into a drunken argument with her bodyguard boyfriend Martin Kristen over the weekend at a New York restaurant. Following the lovers' quarrel Kristen stormed off leaving the supermodel behind.
The "Project Runway" icon got into a public alcohol-fueled fight with her beau on Sunday night at the West Village restaurant, The Spotted Pig.
A diner shared details about the incident with the New York Post, "They had been drinking with a male friend at a table, and things became heated very quickly."
The dinner revealed that about after an hour of arguing, Klum, who was visibly upset abruptly walked out of the restaurant by herself leaving Kristen and their male friend. She then stumbled up the street in a failed attempt to catch a cab.
She soon returned to the restaurant "but stubbornly refused to go inside and rejoin Martin at the table." the witness told the Post."
The witness also said the Seal's ex-wife "stood in the doorway looking upset." Her boyfriend soon joined her outside to speak with the upset celebrity.
A few words were exchanged between the couple before Kristen left the restaurant alone. Klum retuned back to the table and continued drinking with the friend.
The NY Post reported that the male companion is rumored to be her fellow "Germany's Next Top Model" judge Thomas Hayo.
The Post reported that although her rep refused to comment a friend of Klum's confirmed the fight, "She'd had one drink too many, and they had an argument. All couples have disagreements, but most don't get recognized when they have them."
The following day the couple was all smiles when they were spotted leaving a Manhattan address holding hands while Kristen carried the model's bag.

Heidi Klum and Martin Kristen have been dating since last year following her split with ex-husband, singer Seal.
Kristen was initially hired to protect Klum and her children.
Last year the model said, "They [the kids] like him very much. This is also one reason why I'm so fond of him. He's been helping me for four years now. And he takes wonderful care of the kids. He plays with them, he protects them. I trust him."
