Joe Francis Retarded: Says Jury Should Be 'Euthanized,' Apologizes For 'Appalling' Comments

Just a few days after a Los Angeles jury found him guilty of one count of assault and three counts of false imprisonment, "Girls Gone Wild" creator, Joe Francis, apologized for his offensive and irate comments toward those who decided his fate, according to Salon.

He called the jury "retarded" and said they should all be taken out in a shocking Hollywood Reporter interview on May 7, a day after jurors believed the 40-year-old had held three women against their wills in his Hollywood home in 2011.

"I want that juror to know that each and every one of you are mentally f**king retarded and you should be euthanized because, as Darwin said, you have naturally selected yourself," he said to the magazine at his Bel-Air, Calif. home. "You are the weakest members of the herd. Goodbye! And if the juror wants to convict me because I didn't show up, which is the only reason why they did, then you know, they should be all lined up and shot."

The seething guy's comments were met with resistance, for one juror spoke out in defense of the guilty verdict just hours after the interview went viral.

But now, Francis changed his tune, calling his comments "appalling" while maintaining his innocence.
