First blonde, then hot pink, and now red! Actress, Dianna Agron has added another shade of hair color to her repertoire. The 26-year old star of FOX's hit show, 'Glee' was spotted out and about in West Hollywood this week with red hair, reminiscent of Ariel's locks from Disney's animated classic 'The Little Mermaid.'
Agron is clearly not afraid to experiment with color. In 2011, Dianna shocked everyone and rocked hot pink hair for a story line on her television show, after chopping her blonde hair into a short bob a month earlier.
Gingers seem to be taking Hollywood by storm lately. Agron's locks are now being compared to that of Oscar-winning actress and gorgeous redhead, Jessica Chastain. And just last week, Disney star, Ariel Winter revealed her new red locks on Twitter as well.
Thinking about going red yourself? Listen to what Marcie Sperling of the Tamara Dahill Salon in Los Angeles recommends when considering this fiery hue of a do. In her interview with Refinery 29, Sperling says to first remember to wash hair sparingly. "Red fades the fastest, so to keep your color lasting longer, I recommend shampooing as little as possible," she said. Sperling also suggests you shampoo with cool water and use Bumble and Bumble's Color Support Shampoo in True Red to keep your color bright. Second tip: Don't dye your brows to match your hair because it almost always looks fake. And last, do not color your hair red yourself. "Red is the easiest at-home shade to botch up, so we recommend heading straight to the salon for a skin-perfect match."
