Rihanna kicked off her Diamonds Would Tour last week in Buffalo, but the singer won't be making it now to Baltimore after contracting symptoms of laryngitis that forced her to cancel her show at Boston last Sunday.
Rihanna was forced to postpone her Baltimore show today as concert host Live Nation said, "Rihanna is still recovering," according to the AP. The concert promoter said ticket holders "are instructed to retain their tickets pending rescheduling show date information." Her next scheduled stop is in Philadelphia on Thursday.
Though she has only made it to the stage for one show of her 27-city Diamonds World Tour so far, Rihanna's looks have been stealing the show—typical for the Barbadian beauty. Urban culture, haute culture and urban sportswear mix together for Ri-Ri's unique look that has also featured plenty of Givenchy attire.
They may not be as ridiculous as Kanye West in his Givenchy skirt, but Rihanna's looks have been stunning, to say the least.
Givenchy's Riccardo Tisci helped design Rihanna's first look—an all-black ensemble made up of "a black and white leather bra with gold star embellishments, a sheer black silk shirt, gold embroidered satin shorts, and a gold shark tooth necklace engraved with the singer's nickname 'RIRI,' according to Tisci.
"I enjoyed making these looks," Tisci told WWD. "Rihanna represents what young and amazing means today. She is punk and talented. She offers intelligence, energy and pure beauty. She is the face of her generation."
He also designed 'a dark floor-length black cape, a printed parka with gold bullet motifs, and a pink-and-neon dress paired with holographic kicks.'
"Her body is so insane," Rihanna's costume designer Adam Selman told the New York Times. "It's the dream body to make clothes for. You don't have to try as hard."
