MAC Cosmetics is taking its worldwide reach to another level with a brand new flagship store at Champs-Élysées, Paris, which is set to open, March 5. The area is clogged with tourists almost all the time and is one of the most coveted locations when it comes to fashion and beauty stores.
Though MAC already has numerous stores in France, this is the beauty expert's first flagship store outside the United States. In Paris the beauty giant has scored a perfect place and is surrounded by big names like Cartier and Louis Vuitton.
According to Female First, the new MAC store boasts of two floors that will remain open from 10 a.m. till midnight, seven days a week, all year round.
The new store will feature the brand's best collection, limited edition products, rooms for makeup classes, VIP zones and a false lash bar along with the brand's latest products. Visitors can also get beauty and skincare advice and tips from about 40 makeup artists and skin experts.
Apart from its vast range of beauty products and facilities, the store also has a unique and innovative décor. Designed by James Gager, the creative director of the brand, the 3,875 square feet space is egg-shell shaped and has been decorated with mirrors and black tiles. While the mirrors and tiles give the MAC store a modest look, a blast of color has been added through ceiling high graphic art posters in purple, fluorescent, pink and green.
MAC is a regular backstage partner in various fashion shows as well as a favorite among celebrities. With this flagship store, the brand is all set to introduce Paris to its quality products and style.
