Toni Braxton: Singer Hospitalized for Lupus Related Blood Clots

R&B singer Toni Braxton has been hospitalized for Lupus related blood clots in Los Angeles.  

The six Grammy awards singer took to twitter posting "Hey guys, I'm in the hospital for health issues related to Lupus & Blood clots, I will be home soon...Thanks for all the love&support! Xoxo." Spokeswomen confirmed the hospitalization but had no other details, according to Salon.com.

The 'Un-Break My Heart," singer revealed in 2010 that she suffers from systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), a potentially life threatening autoimmune disease. Braxton said doctors informed the singer that her performance career would likely diminished due to her Lupus diagnosis.

The 45 year-old has sold over 60 million records world wide and recently recently launched her single "I Heart You."
