In the 2023 Paris Fashion Week, the veteran star Pamela Anderson (57) caused a frenzy in the beauty department when she decided to ditch makeup and pursued a bare-faced trend.
Since then, the Baywatch star has started the movement of embracing one's natural skin, and not only her supporters were joining this transition but other celebs such as Lady Gaga, Anne Hathaway, Selena Gomez, and more.

Her positive influence continuously spread among A-list stars and this time, a whole movie cast opted to film without makeup.
On January 10, Pamela's latest movie, The Last Showgirl is finally out in theaters where she played the role of Shelly Gardner, a seasoned showgirl. While the character requires her to wear makeup, as expected, the top-notch star kept minimal to no beauty products in most of her scenes.
"I wanted to just how Shelly would be if she went to the grocery store. I just wanted it to be raw and real, and I was ready for that and prepared for that and excited about that," the actress told the media outlet People.
But she didn't stop there, as the actress also convinced her co-actresses to do the same, which was confirmed by her fellow star Brenda Song in an interview with Bustle.
"When you didn’t see us in our showgirl makeup, we weren’t wearing any makeup. None at all," said Song, then revealing her initial concerns about ageism before accepting the role.
However, working with film director Gia Coppola and Pamela as well as other female stars truly changed her perception.
"I just had two kids. I feel so insecure. And working with these women — who every day uplifted and supported me, made me feel beautiful — made me feel comfortable," she added.
