Taylor Swift graced the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards with two fabulous outfits, both drawing attention for their "easter eggs."
The singer-songwriter raised expectations from music enthusiasts that she would finally announce the release of a re-recorded "Reputation" album, just by looking at her attire at the night event.
During the red carpet, the "Cruel Summer" singer initially made her grand arrival wearing a yellow-and-black plaid corset dress styled by Joseph Cassell Falconer. She partnered it with high boots and Lorraine Schwartz earrings.
Fashion enthusiasts can shop the same ensemble from the luxury brand Christian Dior's Resort 2025 collection.
Upon seeing this 'fit, Swifties speculated that she would announce the much-awaited Taylor Swift version of her album, "Reputation," in 2016.
However, Taylor Swift changed into a second outfit in the middle of the event, and this time, she wore a minidress with unique patterns that hilariously broke fans' initial hope for a reputation era.

Looking at the dress's details, sequins were used to create the painting-like effect. Men standing at a bizarre garden landscape were then seen, seemingly looking at the UFO floating overhead. The singer maximized the look by adding thigh-high boots from Stuart Weitzman.
With these details, there are claims that it was rather a nod to "Down Bad" in 2024, given that she performed this song during her "Eras Tour" with UFO imagery.
