Managed by Kosé America, the store features a special area dedicated to Shohei Ohtani, a star player for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Kosé's global ambassador. This area blends sports and beauty culture, appealing to baseball fans and beauty enthusiasts alike.

The store's product range includes popular brands such as Decorté and Sekkisei. Notable products include the Decorté Liposome Advanced Repair Serum, Japan's top-selling serum with over 117 beauty awards.

Beauty consultants also provide personalized advice and beauty rituals tailored to each customer's needs.

Maison Kosé also offers entertainment options like customized gift presentations and the Shohei Ohtani Fan Experience. Fans can enjoy baseball-themed makeovers and create Fan Art using SminkArt, an upcycled cosmetic paint from Japan.
