Dyson Unveils Supersonic Nural to Launch This Spring

Dyson is adding to its growing collection of hair dryers with the Supersonic Nural.

Dyson branded this new release as its smartest hair dryer to date. It features new Nural sensor technology.

According to the brand's social media, the new Dyson hair dryer will help improve your scalp health. The scalp-protect mode uses a time of flight sensor, which automatically reduces the dryer's heat as it gets closer to your scalp.

To do this, according to the brand's YouTube channel, the hair dryer uses three different sensors for this new mode.

The Dyson Supersonic Nural also features attachment learning, which means a sensor automatically recognizes any attachment you add to it. Not only will it reconize the attachment, but the hair dryer will also remember your last used heat and airflow settings for that attachment, so you're always able to get that perfect blowout. If you ask us, it sounds like a dream come true.

Another exciting feature this product has is "pause detect." When you place the hair dryer down during styling, it will deactivate its heat and decrease noise as well as airflow. Basically, it will go on lower power mode.

One reason you'll love this product is that it was created to help ensure your hair remains heat-damage-free. Dyson also said that this hair dryer can increase hair shine.

The product was launched in South Korea on March 18. The new campaign surrounding the product stars Dyson ambassador Jisoo of Blackpink.

It is currently available for purchase in South Korea but will arrive in Australia in April and the U.S. in May, according to Harper's Bazaar. To find out the exact launch and release date in your country, sign up here.

The Dyson Supersonic Nural will retail for $499.99 and will be available in the color palettes Ceramic Patina and Topaz as well as Vinca Blue and Topaz.
